Research and application of science and technology

The research and development (R&D) of new products in the field of vaccines and biological products requires extensive time and significant financial investment in technology, infrastructure, equipment, and human resources. Despite various limitations and challenges in recent years, the determination to engage in collaborative international and domestic research and development activities is a crucial foundation.

This approach aims to move towards technological self-sufficiency or seize opportunities for technology transfer, allowing independent production of vaccines and medical products domestically. This effort contributes to enhancing product quality, reducing production costs, serving the community, and ensuring vaccine and biological product security in disease prevention and treatment, as guided by the Government and the Ministry of Health.
