On November 8, 2023 in Hanoi, the Ministry of Health held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Health to mobilize and appoint Chairman of Vaccine and Biological Products One Member LLC No. 1. Comrade Do Xuan Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Health attended and handed over the decision.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of a number of Departments, Bureaus, and Offices under the Ministry of Health along with the entire Party Committee, leaders, officials, and employees of No. 1 Vaccine and Biological Products One Member LLC.
Accordingly, in Decision No. 3969/QD-BYT dated October 26, 2023 of the Minister of Health to mobilize and appoint Mr. Pham Van Hung, PhD. Deputy Director in charge of expertise at the National Institute of Testing Vaccines and Medical Biologicals holds the position of Chairman of Vaccines and Biologicals One-Member LLC No. 1. The term of office is 05 years from the effective date of the decision. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Health, Deputy Minister Do Xuan Tuyen congratulated Vaccine and Biological Products One Member Company Limited No. 1 and Mr. Pham Van Hung personally for being highly trusted in holding the position.
